• You’ll receive a 100% refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
14-8 days before your tour:
• A 25% cancellation fee applies.
• You will receive a 75% refund.
7-3 days before your tour:
• A 50% cancellation fee applies.
• You will receive a 50% refund.
2 days or less before your tour:
• A 75% cancellation fee applies.
• You will receive a 25% refund.
No-shows:
• No-shows are non-refundable.
